We are looking for someone to run and grow the studio.

Part Builder. Part Lead. Part Sprint.

You combine delivery, sales, and leadership.

Run the Business

  • Own P&L, pricing, and pipeline.
  • Scope, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Keep margins healthy and simple.

Lead Client Work

  • Facilitate high-energy Strategy Sprints.
  • Guard quality & decision making.
  • Create clear roadmaps & next steps.

Build the Model

  • Grow the facilitator network.
  • Strengthen visibility with crisp cases.
  • Connect to Tatoma's transformation work.

Your Profile

Proven Hands-on Experience: Design Sprints, discovery, or product strategy (corporate or scale-up).

7+ Years Track Record: Strategy or innovation consulting with senior stakeholders.

Entrepreneurial Ownership: You've run a studio, built a practice, or carried revenue responsibility.

4

Toolkit: Miro, Keynote, Figma (prototyping), Storytelling, and fluent in Dutch & English.
